Sturgeon Growth Stage
The life of sturgeon is full of wonderful changes. In the early stage, it is the embryonic stage. Under suitable water temperature, fish eggs quietly hatch and embark on a journey of life. Continuing into the juvenile stage, newly hatched juveniles are very fragile and feed on plankton in the water, striving to grow. As time goes by, juvenile fish enter the growth stage, gradually increasing in size and appetite, and begin to prey on small fish and shrimp. During this stage, their growth rate accelerates and their bodies become stronger. After a long period of time, sturgeons finally reach maturity, at which point they have the ability to reproduce, and the fish eggs they produce are precious ingredients for making caviar, bringing people a taste enjoyment.
